About the Role

We're scaling our acquisition efforts across APAC and looking for a Business Development / Sales Representative to build top-of-funnel opportunities, engage hospitality partners, and qualify deals for our expanding team. This role sits at the core of revenue growth and directly feeds into the sales engine.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively prospect new business opportunities using various channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential leads and decision-makers.
  • Clearly articulate the product's value proposition in the context of achieving key outcomes for hospitality businesses.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and pipeline activities, preferably within Salesforce or another CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads for subsequent engagement.
  • Gather and share valuable insights regarding market trends and competitive activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Self-motivated hunter mindset
  • 1+ years B2B SDR / sales / business development experience(SaaS or hospitality tech preferred)
  • Educate prospects on product value / hospitality impact
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • High quality calls / emails + clear qualifying insights
  • Self-starter with structured pipeline management

Nice to have (strongly preferred):

  • Experience selling to F&B, hospitality, or SMB merchants in Singapore
  • Ability to speak Mandarin(Chinese) to engage Mandarin-speaking operators
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce / HubSpot / similar)
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
