Job Description

As a Services Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll help customers get more value from their solutions by connecting them with the right service offerings from cloud modernization and adoption to optimization and best-practice enablement. You'll generate qualified opportunities through smart outreach, discovery, and simple value-based messaging, partnering closely with Services Sales and account teams to drive pipeline and customer outcomes.

What You'll Do
* Identify and engage target accounts (existing customers and selected prospects) using structured outreach via email, phone, and social.
* Run discovery conversations to understand business needs, challenges, stakeholders, and timelines.
* Position service offerings that help customers modernize, adopt innovation, and improve outcomes (value/ROI-focused messaging).
* Build qualified pipeline for Services Sales and relevant overlays.
* Coordinate warm handoffs with clear context (customer need, impact hypothesis, next steps).
* Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM and follow a defined territory/coverage plan.

Basic Qualifications
* English (professional)
* Good interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills
* Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with customers
* Organized, proactive, and resilient, comfortable with outreach and targets

Preferred Qualifications
* First experience (internship/part-time) in sales, customer-facing roles, or B2B environments
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer platforms (a plus)
* Interest in cloud, digital transformation, services, and value-based selling
