Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue potential SME clients (lead generation).
- Meet or exceed sales and relationship development targets.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services based on client needs.
- Develop account plans and client strategies.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process and excellent first experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
- Understand client needs, goals, and business operations.
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and usage.
- Handle client concerns or complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Proven stability in a B2B corporate sales, solution sales, banking or leasing capital loans industry
- Sales and negotiation abilities
- Customer service mindset
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant industry or sector
- The corporate rank and remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's qualification and experience
