Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful professional to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and initiatives in the healthcare sector. The role focuses on expanding networks with healthcare providers, insurers, and corporate organisations to enhance service offerings and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit specialist doctors to support the group's growth and expansion plans
• Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, and corporate organisations to increase referrals and service reach
• Develop and implement business development strategies to grow market share and revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing strategies, promotional activities, and value-added services
• Support marketing and branding efforts to strengthen market positioning
• Track KPIs, analyse market trends, and prepare reports for senior management to guide decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Healthcare Management or related studies
• 4 - 5 years of working experience in partnership/ network management/ business development within the healthcare or healthcare payer industry
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support business decisions
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance, and reimbursement processes
