Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Support the end-to-end preparation of tenders (including concession bids and renewal negotiations) for business opportunities across Singapore travel retail platforms, including Changi Airport, MRT networks, and other tourist destinations.
  • Develop financial models and business plans, including revenue projections, cost and capex assumptions to calculate project returns
  • Prepare high-quality presentation materials for internal and external submissions
  • Conduct market research, trend research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support business needs and Singapore & HQ leadership requests

Partnerships Development

  • Support the sourcing, evaluation, and management of strategic partnerships (e.g. banks, payment providers, airlines, landlords, and travel retail operators) to drive incremental revenue for the existing business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to conceptualize and implement joint campaigns, promotions, and collaborations
  • Identify other new partnership opportunities to enhance customer acquisition, spend, and overall commercial performance

Partnership Performance & Analytics

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of the partnerships using key metrics such as: Incremental sales uplift, Customer acquisition and conversion, Spend per passenger / per transaction
  • Draw insights and recommendations to optimize partnership ROI and scalability

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, partnerships, commercial strategy, or consulting
  • Experience in travel retail, retail, FMCG, or loyalty/partnership ecosystems is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to develop clear, compelling PowerPoint decks for senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities
