Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate communication.
Work closely with internal delivery, client, and HR teams to ensure smooth deployment of resources to client sites. Track project staffing needs and resolve deployment issues quickly.
Serve as the first line of support for employees in Singapore on operational and administrative matters, including HR, project coordination, and workplace concerns.
Coordinate general logistics and administrative requirements for Singapore operations, including vendor coordination, office support needs, and compliance-related requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing roles (mandatory).
Experience in IT services or engineering services preferred.
Exposure to the semiconductor ecosystem will be a strong advantage.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Ability to represent the company in external forums in the region.
