Job Description

Founded in 2005, Dapur Penyet has grown from a single vision of serving authentic Indonesian flavours into a recognised F&B brand in Singapore. Our signature Ayam Penyet and home-made chilli blends have built a loyal following over the past 20 years. As we continue to expand, we are focusing on digital transformation, operational excellence, and innovative business strategies to keep our brand competitive and relevant. We are now looking for passionate individuals to join us in this next phase of growth, helping us strengthen our value proposition, improve customer experience, and explore new opportunities in the F&B landscape.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with a genuine interest in the F&B industry. You are comfortable working with both people and data, able to balance day-to-day execution with a big-picture mindset. Organised and detail-oriented, you take initiative, communicate well, and are eager to learn and grow while contributing to the success and transformation of our business.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Business Development

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Propose strategies to strengthen the company's value proposition.
  • Drive initiatives to keep the business innovative and competitive in the F&B landscape.

2. Marketing & Customer Loyalty

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Develop initiatives to build brand awareness and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Coordinate with outlets to ensure consistent branding and customer experience.

3. Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyse sales and operational data to generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management decision-making.
  • Recommend improvements based on data trends (e.g., sales mix, customer preferences).

4. Menu Development & Pricing

  • Analyse sales performance to identify bestsellers and underperforming items.
  • Recommend pricing adjustments to optimise margins and customer value.
  • Support development of new menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team.

5. Supply Chain & Vendor Management

  • Map and monitor supply chain processes for efficiency and cost control.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors for software, services, and operations support.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and maintain strong partner relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years operations experience in the Retail or F&B sector (preferred).
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in english
  • Strong consulting and influencing skill
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with Google workspace tools and Notion
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about improving business operations.
