This role supports the Business Development Unit by managing business development data, market intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives. The position enhances operational efficiency, supports decision-making, and prepares reports and materials for APRHQ and Tokyo HQ.
(A) Essential Job Functions:
- Manage and update sales pipeline, client and competitor data, and market intelligence.
- Maintain internal databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare periodic business development reports for APRHQ and Tokyo HQ.
- Support digital transformation through identification of manual processes and implementation of automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate).
- Prepare meeting materials, tender support documents, and presentation packages.
- Ensure documentation and data management according to the Company's Management System.
(B) Qualifications and Requirement
- Diploma or higher.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development support, data management, digitalization, or related roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data-handling skills.
- Experience building dashboards (PowerBI) or workflow automation (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Knowledge or experience in Digital Transformation (DX).
- Working experience in a construction or engineering-related industry.
