Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Analyst to support the firm's growth strategies by conducting market research, generating leads, and providing actionable insights. This role will partner with marketing teams and industry leaders to develop go-to-market strategies and client value propositions while supporting pipeline management and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Market Research:

  • Identify new business opportunities through research and analysis.
  • Monitor media and industry developments, producing analysis reports daily, weekly, or monthly as required.

Campaign & Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and client value propositions based on research insights.

Pipeline Analysis & Management:

  • Analyze and maintain sales pipelines to track performance and opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions.

Client Insights & Recommendations:

  • Work closely with industry leaders to develop business recommendations based on thorough analysis of client data.
  • Present findings using both qualitative and quantitative support.

Data Visualization & Reporting:

  • Create dashboards and reports to visualize trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Enable internal stakeholders to make informed decisions using clear and actionable data.

Requirements:

  • Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, International Relations, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in G-Suite tools (Google Sheets, Google Slides).
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas using both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Experience with Salesforce is encouraged but not required.
