Responsibilities
- Presentations and Training: Conduct presentations and training sessions to help clients understand and utilize the company's products and services.
- Business Development: Actively source new business opportunities and promote the company's products and services to expand market reach.
- Strategy Development: Devise and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Client Servicing: Provide ongoing support and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities and implement innovative strategies to drive growth.
- Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Research and Improvement: Gather feedback, conduct research, and participate in the continuous improvement of products and services to enhance client experience.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Business, or Marketing is preferred.
- Work Experience: Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in front-office roles at banks, brokerage firms, or fund management companies. Candidates are required to have experience serving Chinese clients.
- Skills and Competencies: The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges effectively. They must exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster seamless internal and external collaboration. Additionally, the role requires outstanding presentation and client management abilities to maintain and grow key relationships.
- Personality Traits: Passionate about engaging and communicating with people, eager to embrace challenges and continuous learning.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with our counterparts in China.
- A strong interest in investment will be an added advantage.
