The Business Development & Marketing Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships for our GMP manufacturing business. This role requires a strong understanding of regulated manufacturing environments, B2B sales, and market development within the healthcare, wellness, or pharmaceutical-related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies to grow GMP manufacturing and OEM/ODM services
Identify, approach, and secure new B2B clients, including brand owners, distributors, clinics, and corporate partners
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts to ensure long-term cooperation
Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms in coordination with internal teams
Work closely with Production, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure feasible and compliant project execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making
Represent the company in business meetings, industry events, and relevant trade exhibitions
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in GMP manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, health supplements, or related regulated industries
Proven track record in B2B sales, key account management, and revenue growth
Strong understanding of GMP environments, regulatory considerations, and manufacturing workflows
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions
Proficiency in English Mandarin is an advantage due to regional client base
