Job Description

Work Location: Bendemeer
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Salary: $4000 - $5000 + Commissions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new client partnerships across various industries.
  • Promote the company's recruitment, staffing, and workforce solutions to prospective clients.
  • Conduct headhunting and talent sourcing activities to identify suitable candidates for client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, networking, and market mapping.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their hiring and workforce requirements.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and service quotations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery and fulfilment of client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, salary benchmarks, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and talent trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, candidate pipelines, client engagements, and recruitment progress.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members in business development and recruitment activities.
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, career fairs, and client meetings.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial, business development, recruitment, sales, or account management role.
  • Proven ability in client acquisition, business development, and relationship management.
  • Experience in headhunting, talent sourcing, or recruitment consultancy will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, networking, and talent attraction strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
