Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to expand the waterproofing product portfolio in Singapore.

  • Identify and pursue new construction projects including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.

  • Build strong relationships with main contractors, applicators, consultants, architects, and developers.

  • Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and site visits to promote waterproofing systems.

  • Work closely with the technical team to provide solution-based proposals for project requirements.

  • Monitor project pipelines and track upcoming tenders.

  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including technical, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of business development or sales experience in construction materials, waterproofing, or building chemicals.

  • Strong network with contractors, developers, architects, and consultants in Singapore.

  • Good understanding of waterproofing systems and construction processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
