Identify and pursue new construction projects including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.
Build strong relationships with main contractors, applicators, consultants, architects, and developers.
Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and site visits to promote waterproofing systems.
Work closely with the technical team to provide solution-based proposals for project requirements.
Monitor project pipelines and track upcoming tenders.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams including technical, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of business development or sales experience in construction materials, waterproofing, or building chemicals.
Strong network with contractors, developers, architects, and consultants in Singapore.
Good understanding of waterproofing systems and construction processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
