Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business prospects within the freight forwarding sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to develop competitive service offerings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategies.
• Support sales negotiations and contract finalization processes.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and sales pipeline.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote company services.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics / Sales & Marketing or equivalent experience in Business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience or track records of past secured accounts and positive sales performance
• Proficient in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc
• Strong in analytical skills
• Customer oriented
