As a Business Development Manager, you will spearhead TokenMinds expansion into your local market, targeting licensed digital-asset operators, banks, securities firms, fintechs, real-estate groups, and corporate issuers.

Your mission is to:

• Build strategic institutional relationships
• Identify high-value RWA tokenization opportunities
• Convert regulated and enterprise prospects into long-term clients for TokenMinds tokenization and DeFi infrastructure

You will act as TokenMinds local market ambassadordeeply connected, culturally aligned, and laser-focused on establishing TokenMinds as the go-to infrastructure partner for regulated digital-asset initiatives.

• Identifying and qualifying high-value prospects across the digital-asset ecosystem, including:
• 
  
• Banks, securities firms, and investment companies
• Real-estate, commodities, and corporate issuers exploring RWA tokenization
• Fintechs building payments, custody, or digital-finance infrastructure
• Licensed crypto exchanges and regulatory-sandbox participants
• Conducting structured prospecting via events, LinkedIn, industry associations, and direct outreach
• Running outbound campaigns aligned with local digital-asset regulation, sandbox initiatives, and tokenization opportunities

• Building strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including:
• 
  
• CEOs, CTOs, Chief Compliance Officers
• Innovation Directors, Exchange Operators, Investment Committees
• Mapping and engaging full decision-making units within regulated and enterprise organizations
• Presenting TokenMinds RWA and DeFi solutions in a regulatory-friendly, institution-ready manner tailored to local requirements
• Working hands-on with financial groups to shape tokenization pilots (e.g. real estate, commodities, corporate debt, funds)

• Working closely with TokenMinds technical, compliance, and product teams to develop customized tokenization proposals
• Ensuring smooth handovers to Account Executives and solution architects for technical scoping
• Supporting TokenMinds booths, workshops, and speaking engagements at key local and regional events
• Acting as TokenMinds local intelligence source, tracking:
• 
  
• Regulatory developments and sandbox programs
• Institutional appetite and adoption signals
• Competitive activity in tokenization and digital-asset infrastructure

• 5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales within:
• 
  
• Digital assets, fintech, banking, payments, or enterprise SaaS
• Experience selling into regulated financial institutions is a strong advantage
• A solid understanding of Web3 concepts, including:
• 
  
• Asset tokenization
• Blockchain infrastructure
• DeFi (especially institutional or permissioned models)
• Compliance frameworks (KYC, AML, Travel Rule)
• Excellent communication skills in English (local language proficiency is a plus)
• Ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders and navigate regulated or state-influenced decision environments
• A strong interest in RWA tokenization, digital-asset regulation, and sandbox ecosystems
• High autonomy, execution focus, and drive to build a market from the ground up
