This role reports to the director. A few of the tasks associated with your role will include business development, part of the target client's business strategy. procuring fresh initiatives. Management of a client portfolio and flow for projects. Adhering strictly to all applicable laws, regulations, and business norms.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Gain knowledge through dialogue and practical experience to take an active role in the approach to strategic planning.
2. Learn sales strategy and negotiation skills.
3. Networking and growing clients step by step.
4. Organise and manage projects, establishing resource needs, budgets, and schedules.
5. Present to clients and speak to them effectively while using presentations.
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Excellent communication abilities with a proven capacity to negotiate successfully and achieve beneficial results for the organization.
2. Develop and implement client acquisition strategies while strengthening customer engagement to expand the customer base.
3. Evaluate market needs and emerging trends, foster client relationships, and identify new business opportunities in defined target areas.
