Our client is a market leader in Logistics industry. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to assist the team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at West of Singapore- easily accessible. The BD Manager is responsible for:

Duties

• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and industry dynamics to develop effective business and growth strategies.

• Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives to strengthen loyalty and enhance competitiveness.

• Lead and manage teams, while influencing stakeholders and aligning cross-functional activities with business objectives.

• Oversee sales proposals, tender processes, and develop performance metrics aligned with pricing and cost structures.

• Optimise operational efficiency by reviewing resource allocation, vendor management, logistics processes, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Drive strategic projects and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to improve supply chain performance and overall organisational outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional qualifications) with at least 7 years of relevant experience in sales and business development

• Diploma with at least 8 years of relevant experience in sales and business developmenT
