We are looking for a Business Development Senior Executive/ Business Development Manager to spearhead sponsorship and exhibition sales for our cutting-edge events in the biopharma and life sciences space. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by securing sponsorship and exhibition deals for high-profile industry events.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers (C-level executives, Business Development Heads, and Marketing Leaders) to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the biopharma and life sciences sectors.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities and keep our events at the cutting edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, and operations) to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Attend global conferences and networking events to build relationships and represent our brand.

What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications):

  • Proven success in B2B sales (3 to 5 years, experience in conferences, events & exhibitions).
  • Experience & passion for biopharma and life sciences curiosity and enthusiasm for the industry will set you apart.
  • A fearless and proactive sales approach you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills you know how to build rapport and close deals.
  • A results-driven mindset you're ambitious and motivated by hitting and surpassing goals.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients and attend events.
