Drive Retail Business growth, customer and team experience, and other performance metrics in their assigned markets.
Partner with local Apple Retail, Channel and service partners to ensure a seamless customer experience across Apple.
Ensure effective communication and implementation of worldwide programs, campaigns and initiatives to Market and Store Leadership.
Prioritize and align on the most critical important metrics in partnership with Market Director and Senior Business Development Manager.
Talent strategy and planning partnership with the Market Director and Market Leader.
Lead, coach and develop market and store leadership on vital Retail Business acumen, including sales account and pipeline development.
Work with remote Sales Managers and Account Managers to support customer account progression and segmentation as well as high value customer activity.
Develop approved local campaigns and initiatives to motivate business teams and leadership to achieve results.
Provide locally-relevant solutions and recommendations to meet unique business customer needs.
Ensure excellence in driving sales account progression model with both store leadership and business teams.
Assist with significant customer accounts or opportunities. Engage in on-site, in- person briefings where needed.
Collect and provide feedback on campaigns and programs to assist in determining overall effectiveness, return on investment and to drive ongoing improvement.
This role requires regular travels.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years experience in a business sales management setting, including leading inside and outside sales roles.
Demonstrated leadership competence with consistent track record to develop, maintain and leverage strong business relationships through multiple customer levels.
Thorough knowledge of Apple products, third-party solutions and their application in a business context.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and team building skills.
Language skills: English proficiency is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years customer-facing technology sales experience; ideally targeting small and medium businesses.
Building and developing sales teams supporting strategic initiatives and selling collaboratively with partner teams.
Successful experience in leading and developing both inbound, outbound and account development sales strategies, with a thorough understanding of complex sales cycles.
Strong strategic and organizational skills, with the adapt ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
