The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a wireless business builder with 5+ years of telecom experience, proven in turning global market insights into 0-to-1 ventures. They combine deep technical acumen in connectivity solutions with hands-on BD skills to identify, engage, and convert opportunities across operators, partners, and enterprise verticals.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and incubation of innovative business opportunities within the wireless communications and connectivity market

  • Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and business model evaluations for wireless solutions including coverage solutions, network infrastructure, and security solutions;
  • Identify and engage potential customers, telecom operators, channel partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to drive POC (Proof of Concept) deployments, pilot implementations, and support 0-to-1 incubation initiatives.

Market Insight & Analysis

  • Develop international market research plans, collect, organize, and analyze relevant information on target markets, and identify market dynamics and trends;
  • Produce detailed market analysis reports to provide key inputs for market selection and expansion, as well as for enhancing the competitiveness of wireless products, solutions, and vertical industry offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a science or engineering background; telecommunications-related majors are preferred;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications and wireless industry
  • Strong business development skills, able to find potential opportunities and build up customer relationships from scratch;
  • Possess strong industry expertise in at least 1–2 key verticals, with the ability to understand customer business scenarios and solution requirements across different industries;
  • Good understanding of the global enterprise wireless market ecosystem, key players, and business models. Familiar with wireless coverage, network, and security products, and skilled at setting priorities from high to low;
  • Strong market insight and innovative mindset, with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities in a timely manner and propose effective market strategies;
  • English proficiency as a working language with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams;
  • Willingness to travel globally
