Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients by building strong relationships and delivering cash management and working capital solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Achieve sales targets through New-to-Bank client acquisition and cross-selling of cash management, trade finance, FX, treasury, and working capital solutions.
  • Understand clients business needs and recommend tailored transaction banking solutions in collaboration with internal product specialists.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, customer due diligence (CDD), and the Bank's internal risk and governance policies.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, responding promptly to client enquiries, and working closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of B2B sales or relationship management experience, preferably in business banking, SME treasury, or financial services.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and managing relationships with SME clients.
  • Strong understanding of business financing products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-driven individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
