Job Summary

We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new B2B sales from Indian importers, exporters, software, logistics, and shipping firms needing global bank accounts and cross-border payment solutions. This role offers growth in fintech sales with a strong performance-based reward.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and shortlist prospective clients in target segments including Indian importers, exporters, software companies, logistics providers, and shipping firms to build a qualified sales pipeline
  • Schedule and conduct sales presentations independently to communicate product value and close deals effectively
  • Develop deeper relationships with existing clients to expand wallet share and increase revenue
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic sales execution
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by engaging key decision-makers to influence purchasing decisions and generate referrals
  • Apply persistence and reliability while adapting to coaching feedback and upholding high integrity standards
  • Manage sales activities under pressure with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all client interactions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience targeting Indian companies, preferably in banking or fintech products
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Degree or professional qualification from a recognized university
