Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Accountabilities:
. Consistently meet the set targets of Sales, business growth, profitability
. Build positive relationships with clients, identify upsell and cross sell opportunities, address customer issues and latent needs.
. Generate leads through Partner Organizations, Meetings, participation and presentations in conferences. Create messaging around Infosys offerings, identify and secure meetings with the correct stake holders in the client organizations.
. Drive conversations to create opportunities.
. Handles all the operational details like contract definition, terms and conditions, accuracy of invoices and accounts receivables.
Duties:
. Establish CXO connects in prospect client organizations.
. Identify potential leads and opportunities and objectively qualify them with a view to position Infosys offerings, products, services and delivery competencies.
. Define strategies for perusing the leads and opportunities and work closely with the delivery teams and pre-sales teams in positioning Infosys responses effectively
. Actively drives winning themes and ensures support from all parties involved in positioning best solution(s) to client situations.
. Understand the sales and business development objectives and broader region growth strategies and translate them into account plans and strategies.
. Independently anchor RFP requests and RFI requests from clients and meet stringent timelines to respond
. Work with Infosys internal stakeholders to ensure proper structuring of responses and sign offs from units to respond to customers
. Ensure appropriate housekeeping in terms of managing contracts, invoices and documentation and internal system uploads
Requirements:
. An MBA with Sales and business development experience of 12-15 years
. Candidates to preferably come from SI sector, selling to telcos, banks, FMCG and etc
. Experience of working in Singapore market
. Strong account management experience
. This will be an individual contributor role
. Good command over Structuring of complex deals
. This role will report into SVP and Head of New Business
. Excellent networking skills
. Strong Communication skills
. Ability to manage C level conversations
. Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
. Ability to prioritize and manage expectations
