Sales Manager
Job Summary
You will lead the sales team to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans. Drive business expansion by identifying market opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and delivering insightful sales performance reports to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to consistently achieve growth and meet sales targets
- Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base and strengthen market presence
- Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives to maximize team potential
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and partnering effectively
- Develop and execute new sales plans to adapt to market changes and business goals
- Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team
- Analyze emerging markets and market shifts while monitoring competitor activity and new product developments
- Identify and pursue opportunities and strategies to increase sales revenue
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the director
