About the Role
This role plays a pivotal part in securing regulatory alignment, managing key government relationships, and driving strategic partnerships that support SG - MY growth strategy. You will represent in discussions with public agencies, work cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance and advocacy, and develop commercial collaborations that advance our mission in sustainable mobility.
Responsibilities
Government & Regulatory Engagement
- Build and manage relationships with government agencies.
- Lead proactive engagement to ensure compliance, smooth license renewals, and early awareness of regulatory developments.
- Support and coordinate policy consultations, audits, data submissions, and enforcement matters.
- Position the brand as a trusted thought partner in sustainable urban mobility and active transport.
Strategic & Commercial Partnerships
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships across mobility, payments, advertising, real estate, retail, F&B, and community sectors.
- Develop mutually beneficial campaigns, CSR initiatives, and co-branded programs with external partners.
- Support pilot programs, commercial models, and new revenue opportunities driven through partner ecosystems.
Internal Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Legal teams to execute BD and regulatory objectives.
- Track partnership performance, prepare dashboards and reports for the GM and senior leadership.
- Maintain a structured CRM and documentation process for all government and partner engagements.
Qualifications
- Language proficiency in English ,Chinese and Bahasa.
- 36 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's public sector landscape and regulatory processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Strategic, resourceful, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, execution-oriented environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a high-growth mobility, technology, or sustainability-focused company.
- Familiarity with LTA licensing frameworks or related regulatory regimes.
