. Responsible for end-to-end account business planning, including research, documentation, account planning and internal coordination to ensure that each account has a clear and actionable plan that best meets the client's needs.
. Maintain and grow revenue streams by developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure maximum revenue generation over the long term.
. Manage delivery of consultancy and training projects, including client expectation and satisfaction. Ensures that clients receive products and services to agreed standards of quality and on time by effectively managing and monitoring those who deliver the work and taking corrective action, including escalation, when necessary, to guarantee client satisfaction and sustainable financial results.
Key Requirements
. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in HR, recruitment, corporate training, sales, or equivalent fields will also be considered.
. Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within B2B/B2C, finance, FMCG, MICE, technology, or commercial productions. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets while growing client relationships.
. Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with confidence in leveraging digital tools and technology to engage with clients and prospects.
. A self-driven, results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment.
