We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join an International law firm's global Business Development team. In this key role, you will execute the firm's clients and markets strategy, drive profitable growth, enhance the client experience, and build new business development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide commercial advice on strategic plans and drive go-to-market strategies
• Manage key client accounts and support major pursuits
• Collaborate with partners to develop business development strategies
• Drive business development initiatives and build positive relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Undergraduate/postgraduate degree qualification(s)
• At least 5 years experience in a Business Development role in a law firm or professional services environment
• Previous experience in a similar Marketing & Business Development Manager or Senior BD specialist position
• Knowledge of the Asian legal market desirable
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, and communication skills
