Fei Siong Group (FSG) is one of the leading Food & Beverage Operator in Singapore today. The Group currently operates more than 180 outlets islandwide across 16 brands with 1,700 employees under a chain of food atriums, quick and full-service restaurants, food kiosks, hawker stalls and hawker centres. One of its subsidiaries, Fei Siong Fast Food Pte Ltd, has obtained the exclusive development rights to operate all the outlets of Popeyes Restaurants in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
-Identify and pursue corporate partnerships to create long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that support brand visibility and commercial objectives.
-Lead and support the team in discussions and collaborations with strategic partners, landlords, vendors, and franchise owners to develop co-branded campaigns, joint promotions, or sponsorships opportunities.
-Oversee the execution of partnership initiatives from pitch to post-launch review to ensure smooth processes.
-Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align partnership strategies with brand values and business priorities.
Sales Performance and Platform Optimization
-Oversee and monitor the overall delivery performance across all outlets to ensure sales growth and operational excellence.
-Partner with major delivery aggregators (i.e., GrabFood, Deliveroo, Foodpanda) to analyze data, negotiate promotional placements, and craft strategic campaigns tailored to improve the online sales performance.
-Collaborate and explore with potential partners / platforms to achieve business objectives such as implementing CRM platforms, operational integration to increase workflow efficiency, international sourcing of merchandising products etc.
Outlet Expansion and Site Development
-Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis to identify new outlet locations that align with the brand's growth plan.
-Liaise with landlords, mall operators, and agents to negotiate tenancy agreements, fit-out periods, rental rates, and ensure all site specifications are suitable.
-Ensure all aspects of new site setup from budgeting to fit-out coordination are handled efficiently and align with timeline and operational requirements.
Government Grant Projects and People Management
-Work with external consultants and internal teams to ensure full compliance and timely delivery of grant milestones.
-Manage end-to-end application, documentation, and reporting of relevant government grants to support business expansion and innovation efforts.
-Collaborate with HR to create strategic hiring campaigns and identify innovative methods to attract talent for front-of-house and back-of-house roles.
-Foster a collaborative and agile working culture, promoting open communication across departments.
Budget & Financial Management
-Manage the budgets, ensuring accurate allocation to campaigns and projects based on priorities and performance.
-Monitor spending across departments and channels, making data-driven recommendations for reallocation where necessary.
-Monitor the ROI in paid advertising, partnerships, and other marketing expenses.
-Performing any Ad hoc duties if necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 4 to 5 years of experience in commercial or business development role, preferably within the fast food / F&B industry.
Strong business acumen with ability to analyze numbers, assess ROI, and implement strategic changes.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience.
Motivated, result-oriented and a fast learner
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
