Job Summary
Responsible for managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts in Financial Services. Engages with senior stakeholders to align Edge Technology and Enterprise Solutions with business priorities. Requires a consultative sales approach, managing complex sales cycles, and driving both short-term revenue and long-term customer success as an individual contributor.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred;
- Must have 5–8 years experience in Financial Services, preferably in banking or insurance;
- Proven solution-selling experience in infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise solutions with major service or software vendors;
- Track record of direct new business sales and consistent revenue achievement;
- Experience managing and expanding strategic enterprise accounts;
- Strong credibility with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including CxOs;
- Solid understanding of consultative sales and value-based selling methodologies;
- Customer-focused with an emphasis on long-term relationships and success.
Desired Skill-set
- Experience in digital or insurance-related solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts;
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, including financial targets and milestones over 1–3 years;
- Manage complex sales cycles using internal and external resources effectively;
- Understand customers business environments and continuously assess and validate their needs;
- Apply consultative selling to communicate clear business value and ROI;
- Drive short-term sales while ensuring long-term customer success and sustainable revenue growth;
- Provide accurate quarterly forecasts and achieve revenue targets consistently.
