Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our client base in Singapore through effective sales, relationship management, and market analysis.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build and sustain strong, long-term client and partner relationships to enhance business retention and expansion
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, assess competitors, and uncover new opportunities for growth
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans aligned with company goals
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new business
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and project execution
- Manage the sales pipeline actively and deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders
- Represent the company at networking events and industry meetings to increase brand visibility and generate leads
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Experience in finance, consulting, or professional services is an advantage
