Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients through multiple channels and grow revenue for our commercial system software and workforce solutions.
- Lead client discovery sessions to understand business needs, operational challenges, and workforce requirements.
- Effectively communicate the company's value proposition through proposals, presentations, product demos, and negotiations.
- Manage and respond to tenders, RFQs, and RFPs, providing commercial and technical input throughout the bid process.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and solution offerings.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and market insights.
- Gather and document technical and business requirements, working closely with theproduct and development teams to design cost-effective solutions.
- Drive the design and execution of Proof-of-Concept (POC) demonstrations to showcase solution value.
- Provide input on solution architecture, implementation approach, and best practices.
- Plan and execute system testing and UAT to obtain customer sign-off on technical requirements.
- Provide user experience and business insights to guide ongoing productenhancements.
- Guide new clients and platform members through registration, system onboarding, job requirements, payment processes, and benefits administration.
- Conduct interviews and assessments of prospective applicants, covering job responsibilities, grooming standards, salary, and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Act as a key point of contact post-sales to support implementation, operational issues, and service optimisation.
- Mentor and guide junior sales, business development, or operations staff where applicable.
- Any other adhoc task assigned by Reporting Manager
Requirements / Qualifications
- Proven experience in software sales, preferably in IT solutions, SaaS, or workforce management systems.
- Strong product management experience or background, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
- Excellent understanding of casual labour management systems or HR/workforce software is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
