Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to grow our client portfolio across recruitment, payroll outsourcing, and workforce solutions.

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, confident in client-facing environments, and experienced in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to account management. Candidates from recruitment agencies, RPO, payroll outsourcing, HR solutions, or B2B services backgrounds are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Identify and develop opportunities in recruitment outsourcing, payroll services, and workforce solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal presentation and deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client hiring and operational challenges to provide suitable solutions
  • Work closely with internal operations and recruitment teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking and reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in recruitment, RPO, payroll outsourcing, staffing, HR solutions, or related industries
  • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and fast-paced sales environments
  • Self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience from recruitment agencies, outsourcing firms, payroll providers, or workforce solutions companies will have an added advantage.
