Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will drive strategic partnerships and corporate relationships to grow the school's brand, enrollment, and revenue through value-added programs, sponsorships, and collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with the school's mission to support growth and sustainability
  • Develop and implement a corporate engagement strategy to enhance enrollment, branding, and revenue generation
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, chambers of commerce, industry associations, and key stakeholders
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to deliver mutual benefits and measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Academic teams to design corporate-linked programs such as scholarships, CSR initiatives, training, and internship pathways
  • Represent the school at networking events, conferences, and corporate functions to expand business opportunities
  • Monitor market and industry trends to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Track, analyze, and report partnership performance and ROI to senior leadership for informed decision-making

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate business development, B2B sales, or partnerships
  • Proven success in securing corporate sponsorships, partnerships, or strategic alliances
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills demonstrated in professional settings
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Experience in education, services, or CSR-related industries
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a start-up environment
  • Adaptability to fast-paced international school environments
