Job Description

Core Objectives

  • Market Expansion: Identify gaps in the market, unmet customer needs, and emerging industries to explore.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed financial KPIs by acquiring high-value accounts and launching new products.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate mutually beneficial collaborations, joint ventures, or co-branded campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to shape long-term business strategies.
  • Lead Generation & Sales: Execute outreach strategies to secure new clients and coordinate with internal teams on pitch presentations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work alongside marketing and product development teams to tailor strategies to client feedback and market demands.
  • Pipeline Tracking: Monitor and measure business performance, generating automated reports on profitability and growth metrics.
  • Candidates with sales experience in the mobile phone sales industry are preferred.
