Our Client is in the environmental service industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in West.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic growth by identifying and developing high-potential industries and customer accounts within electronics, semiconductors, electroplating, and related industrial sectors.
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies to expand sourcing opportunities and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of industrial prospects and strategic accounts through the full business development cycle.
- Collaborate closely with Laboratory, Operations, Finance, and cross-functional teams to assess material recovery feasibility and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead and coach the business development team to achieve revenue, gross profit, and pipeline targets while driving commercial excellence.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with regulatory, KYC, and internal risk management requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in precious metals, recycling or related sectors.
- Proven track record of acquiring industrial customers and closing commercially profitable deals.
- Experience leading and developing a sales or business development team.
