Job Summary:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue
growth and cultivating sustainable client partnerships.
Sales targets, key KPIs will be assigned and traction to the targets on quarterly/ annual basis is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the market to expand customer base and increase market penetration and Year to Year revenue growth.
- Prospecting, networking, and leads generation in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical or users of biosafety labs
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay agile and benchmark offerings
- Work with CEO, Finance and Operations teams to align initiatives and optimize execution.
- Tracks and reports on key performance metrics such as Sales Volume, Forecast accuracy, Market Share and Revenue Growth
- Provides regular updates and actionable insights to Management to guide decision-making
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering
Experience
5 - 8 years of experience in sales
Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets preferably in sectors like FMCG, logistics, or B2B services, Pharmaceutical, public sector.
