About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager (Hunter) with a strong track record in software sales and system integration (SI). This is a pure hunting role focused on new client acquisition, pipeline creation, and closing large, strategic deals.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys opening new doors, and has a strong network within enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients across key industries.
- Build a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop account entry strategies and break into new logos., Application Development & infrastructure services etc.
- Sell software solutions and system integration services, including Application development & modernisation, system integration & enterprise platforms, cloud transformation & data solutions, digital engineering and automation while understanding client challenges and position tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → pitch → proposal → negotiation → closure.
- Lead RFP/RFI responses, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in business development within IT consulting with a focus on software sales, system integration etc. in Singapore
- Strong understanding of the solutions regarding technology services
- Understanding of C2H, T&M hiring models in mandatory
- Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth in large scale deals within public sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
