Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing accounts in the freight forwarding industry (Air, Ocean, and Land). Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Account Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate rates.

Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with operations and procurement teams for service delivery.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.

Customer Service:

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • 45 years of experience in freight forwarding sales (Air/Ocean).
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
