NES Fircroft is one of the leading technical staffing businesses globally. We are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead business development across Renewable Energy in APAC.

You will be responsible for targeting new clients across the renewable energy sector as well as identifying new opportunities with our existing clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Renewable Energy business development strategy for APAC
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients and new clients to develop new opportunities for APAC

Experience needed:

  • 10+ years sales experience with demonstrable evidence of mapping a market, identifying opportunities and closing deals with new clients, with particular focus on offshore wind
  • 10+ years recruitment and sales experience, primarily working within the Renewable Energy Sector with international developers, OEM's etc
  • Experience designing and delivering on go to market sales strategy and proven track record of bringing in multiple opportunities of at least $250,000
  • Commercially astute, experience leading negotiations on high value contracts
  • Can clearly demonstrate success in managing regional and global tenders with international renewable energy companies
  • Highly collaborative. NES has a strong collaborative nature, and those that succeed establish good working relationships with colleagues and collaborate on opportunities to drive positive outcomes locally/regionally/globally. Clear experience working with top senior stakeholders across different geographies.
  • Driving use of data analytics, CRM management and relevant AI tools. Bullhorn experience preferred
