Job Description

NES Fircroft is one of the leading technical staffing businesses globally, with a strong footprint in Singapore having supported almost every major project here in the last several years. We are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead business development across our core sectors as well as developing new markets and solutions.

You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities with our existing clients and markets in Oil & Gas, Downstream, Midstream, Chemicals, Life Sciences, Construction & Infrastructure, Data Centres, and seeking new opportunities in new markets.

Whilst you will be primarily focused on Singapore, NES and our clients are global with significant presence in APAC. You will work closely with the Singapore sales teams, however you will need to establish strong relationships with regional colleagues to support development of clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the BD strategy for Singapore in partnership with the Singapore sales team, including Operations Director, Recruitment Manager, and the sales and account management teams.
  • Establish strong relationships with our key clients to develop new opportunities for Singapore and our/regional and global colleagues
  • Identify new opportunities in new clients and new markets

Experience needed:

  • Strong sales experience with demonstrable evidence of mapping a market, identifying opportunities and closing deals with new clients.
  • Recruitment experience is not essential, however for those outside the staffing industry it is essential to understand our core markets such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals or other industrial sectors to understand the life-cycle of projects and the nature of how our clients operate.
  • Experience and desire to consistently meet with clients and prospects to generate new opportunities.
  • Highly collaborative. NES has a strong collaborative nature, and those that succeed establish good working relationships with colleagues and collaborate on opportunities to drive positive outcomes locally/regionally/globally.
