- Execute go-to-market plans for maritime digital solutions across shipowners, charterers, ports, insurers, and classification societies.
- Identify new business opportunities in areas like vessel performance, inspections, ESG, and marine assurance.
- Conduct market and competitor research to guide product positioning and pricing.
Sales Execution
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Handle pipeline management, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
- Work with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders (e.g., Fleet Managers, Chartering Directors, HSE Managers).
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients improve safety, compliance, and sustainability through digital tools.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Collaboration & Feedback
- Share customer insights with product and go-to-market teams.
- Support marketing efforts and refine messaging.
- Partner with customer experience teams to ensure strong onboarding, adoption, and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and revenue growth, ideally in maritime, SaaS, or digital platforms.
- Strong CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Understanding of digital sales approaches is a plus.
- Strong commercial mindset with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working across regional/global teams.
- Experience in brand-building activities.
