Develop a sales strategy aligned with the organization's overall business and sales objectives.
Prepare, monitor, and adjust the company's budget to support the execution of all planned activities.
Ensure product and service pricing complies with relevant Principal Brand pricing guidelines.
Conduct performance analysis to track and evaluate the effectiveness of company products and services.
Provide necessary company data to the Marketing and Communications department for market research purposes.
Drive and oversee sales performance, including volume, categorization, and other key metrics.
Identify inventory and purchasing needs based on insights and analytics from the Marketing and Communications team.
Forecast demand for company products and service categories.
Prepare reports on product and service positioning and performance across commercial and leisure markets.
Promote sales growth through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability meets customer demand.
Maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts to drive business growth.
Track sales activities, assess market trends, and analyze competitor movements.
Ensure the sales team is well-informed and trained on company products and services.
Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to conduct market research, analyze customer data, and identify growth opportunities to boost sales.
Collaborate with the Customer Service and Training department to enhance team skills and competencies.
Generate sales-related reports, including sales forecasts, performance evaluations, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department.
General:
Set sales and performance targets in collaboration with the General Manager (GM).
Establish competitive margins in coordination with the GM.
Negotiate deals and determine margins within the Delegation of Authority (DOA) limits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field a Master's in Business Administration is a plus.
4 - 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Experience in both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) is preferred.
