Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the market to expand customer base and increase market penetration and Year to Year revenue growth.
- Prospecting, networking, and leads generation in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical or users of biosafety labs
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay agile and benchmark offerings
- Work with CEO, Finance and Operations teams to align initiatives and optimize execution.
- Tracks and reports on key performance metrics such as Sales Volume, Forecast accuracy, Market Share and Revenue Growth
- Provides regular updates and actionable insights to Management to guide decision-making
Qualifications & Skills:
Education
- Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering
- Full time degree holder from reputable university
Experience
- 10 years of experience in sales
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets preferably in sectors like FMCG, logistics, or B2B services, Pharmaceutical, public sector (MOH)
Skills
- Leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in sales analytics, CRM tools, reporting systems and forecasting methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Integrity, professionalism and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
