Job Description

  • Location: East

  • Industry: 3PL - freight forwarding & Logistics

  • 5 days work week

  • Role available:

    • Sales Exec / Sales Manager (Freight)

    • Business Development Exec / Business Development Manager (Logistics)

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development within logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions

  • Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach

  • Manage and grow existing key accounts to maximize revenue and customer retention

  • Prepare and present logistics and freight solutions (air, sea, land, warehousing, 3PL)

  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements

  • Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field

  • Proven experience in logistics sales / freight forwarding sales / 3PL sales

  • Strong network within shippers, importers/exporters, or MNC customers preferred

  • Good understanding of air freight, ocean freight, trucking, and warehousing solutions

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
