Business Development Manager – Logistics

Job Scope:

. Identify and secure new clients (freight, warehousing, transport)

. Develop logistics solutions based on customer needs

. Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals

. Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction

. Work with operations team on pricing, delivery, and service

. Monitor market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities

Requirements:

. Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business

. 3-5 years in logistics sales (freight forwarding, 3PL, transport)

. Strong network in logistics/shipping industry preferred

. Good negotiation, communication, and sales skills

. Knowledge of incoterms, shipping processes, and pricing

. Results-driven, independent, and target-oriented
