Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across APAC and domestic markets, driving sustainable revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, convert opportunities into revenue, and deliver accurate sales forecasts to achieve business targets
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with distributors and channel partners, driving performance, sales growth, and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with regional accounts and partners to maximize business opportunities, expand market presence, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives, support product launches, and provide partners with product knowledge, pricing updates, and promotional strategies.
  • Oversee order processing, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of sales and distribution activities.
  • Track sales performance, distributor effectiveness, forecasting accuracy, and accounts receivable to support informed decision-making and healthy business operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or account management
  • Experience with LED
