Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Business Development cum Admin & HR Manager to support the company's growth and daily operations. This role combines business development, office administration, and human resource functions, making it ideal for someone who is organised, people-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, managing office operations, and overseeing HR administrative matters.

Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients to expand company market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to support business growth
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender submissions to secure contracts
  • Follow up on leads and coordinate meetings with prospective clients to advance sales pipeline
  • Support company branding, marketing initiatives, and social media coordination to enhance visibility
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Assist management in achieving sales and business growth targets through effective collaboration

Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
  • Manage company documents, filing systems, and administrative records to maintain organization
  • Coordinate office maintenance, procurement, and inventory management to support operational needs
  • Handle scheduling, meeting arrangements, and internal coordination to facilitate communication
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external parties to ensure timely service delivery
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures to uphold standards

Human Resource

  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding to attract talent
  • Maintain employee records, leave tracking, and attendance management to ensure accurate HR data
  • Coordinate staff welfare, training, and performance review administration to support employee development
  • Prepare HR-related letters and documentation to facilitate communication and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company HR policies to mitigate risks
  • Support payroll coordination and other HR operational matters to maintain smooth HR functions

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally to maintain trust
