We are a growing mini-mart and supermarket chain in Singapore, focused on delivering quality products, competitive pricing, and convenient neighbourhood shopping experiences. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand revenue and market presence.
- Build and manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, landlords, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing with vendors and partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth areas.
- Support store expansion initiatives, including new outlets, formats, or locations.
- Monitor business performance, prepare reports, and present growth strategies to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve product mix, promotions, and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
