Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients needs and propose suitable services and solutions.
- Develop and execute business development strategies and plans.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (5 years preferred) in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong understanding of the market and regional experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
