About the Role

Are you a driven sales leader with a deeply established network in the Japanese corporate community and a passion for delivering high-value IT solutions

Beyondsoft Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion and drive AI-led digital transformation across the Japanese Enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Managing Director, your key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Independently identify and capture new business opportunities to expand our footprint within the Japanese corporate sector.
  • Drive revenue growth by leading the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and solution adoption.
  • Partner with internal engineering teams to develop localized, customer-centric solutions and deliver high-impact technical presentations.
  • Track and analyze sales data and key performance metrics to optimize business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation activities to boost brand awareness within the target segment.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management.
  • A strong, existing network of Japanese corporate clients based in Singapore is essential.
  • A proven track record in selling IT services, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions is highly advantageous.
  • Strong consultative sales and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, and GMs.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to support collaboration with regional teams.
